Brand Strategy Design Architecture

The big picture: Restructuring a fragmented portfolio of companies into a unified corporate powerhouse under the "Integral Spaces" umbrella. The goal was to design a scalable brand architecture that projects solidity to high-tier investors and clients.

Why it matters: A disjointed brand architecture dilutes market presence. By uniting Real Estate, Construction, Investments and Architecture divisions under a single visual system, we created a coherent narrative that facilitated cross-selling and elevated institutional trust.

1. The Friction: Fragmented Identity and Diluted Value

The group operated through disconnected entities like Constructora CB and Arquitectos CB. This visual and structural fragmentation created confusion in the market, weakening the impact of their mass media campaigns.

To compete at a higher level, they needed a comprehensive overhaul to position themselves as a robust, full-service real estate developer.

As Design Lead, I orchestrated the complete rebranding and identity architecture. The focus was to build a system that allowed independent operation for each division while maintaining a strong unified front.

The corporate restructuring expanded the group's ability to attract new potential clients and secure capital. The standardized communication across mass media and digital platforms projected an institutional image that matched their premium standards of quality, turning a disjointed portfolio into a dominant market player.

With the core identity system firmly established, the next phase focuses on deploying the masterbrand across digital and physical touchpoints at scale.
